POLICY
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
You can request a return if:- The product is damaged, defective, or not working- You received the wrong item- The product does not match the description- Size or fit issues (for applicable items)
The item must be unused and in original condition with packaging and invoice.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchange for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be processed to bank account or UPI.
4. Non-Returnable Items- Used or customer-damaged products- Personal care items if opened- Items marked non-returnable
5. Pickup & Shipping
Free pickup available in most locations. Otherwise, self-shipping may be required.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipping, return policy applies.
